南水北调对北京地区冷却水处理影响的研究

摘要 对丹江口水库水和北京燕山地区新鲜水的水质进行对比分析,并进行了其阻垢和腐蚀对比试验。结果表明,丹江口水库水水质波动不大,作为循环冷却水使用时,水质较好,其与稀释后的燕山地区的新鲜水比较,所表现出的腐蚀和结垢特性相差不大。研制出的适合丹江口水质的水处理复合配方YSW-DJK,在动态模拟试验中,浓缩倍数能达到5倍左右,试管腐蚀和黏附结果达到中国石化"好"级标准。 It is analyzed that the results of comparison in water quality of Danjiangkou Reservoir and fresh water of Yanshan, Beijing, the comparative tests of scale inhibition and corrosion to be made. The results show that the water quality of the reservoir is stable and better than that one of Yanshan used as cooling water. The fresh one of Yanshan prepared to the sample of the reservoir with deionized water, the properties of corrosion and scale are similar to the reservoir one. The water treatment complex agent of YSW-DJK prepared for the reservoir one, its cyele of concentration is up to quintupling, the detection of corrosion and adhesion in test tube reaching to A level according to standard of SINOPEC, in dynamic simulation test.
