摘要
首先对中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司的制苯装置进行了物料衡算,并利用Aspen Plus软件对该装置的预分馏系统进行模拟,考察了各个加氢反应器的最大处理能力和实际生产负荷的关系,确定了高负荷下制约装置稳定生产的主要瓶颈,并提出了工艺优化方法。
The material balance of benzene plant in worksite of the author is calculated, the process of prefraction unit simulated by Aspen Plus. The relationship between the maximum capacity of the hydrogenation reactors and actual production volume is investigated, the main bottleneck to the plant operation in stability under high load found. In order to achieve the stable operation of the hydrogenation unit under high load, the scheme of process optimization is proposed.
