国产柴油润滑性改进剂实验室评价与工业应用

Lab Evaluation and Industrial Application Test of Homebred Modifier for Diesel Lubricity

介绍了国产柴油润滑性改进剂CY-102实验室评价及在中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司(简称燕化公司)的工业应用试验情况。试验结果表明,在改善柴油润滑性能方面,CY-102与进口改进剂的效果相当;使用CY-102的京标Ⅳ车用柴油的酸度较低且对柴油其他性质无不良影响。按生产京标Ⅳ车用柴油1.30 Mt/a计算,使用国产柴油润滑性改进剂CY-102每年可为燕化公司节约资金约88万元。

It is introduced that the lab evaluation and the industrial application test of CY-102 homebred diesel lubricity modifier in this paper. The test results show that the function of the modifier to improve diesel lubrieity is same as that of the imported modifier. There is no any undesirable effects to quality of the diesel, which is produced according to standard Ⅳ of Beijing, and acid value of the diesel in below normal when the homebred one used. That the homebred modifier is used to production of diesel, in standard IVof Beijing, 1.30 Mt/a, the costs reduced by ￥ 880 thousand.
