摘要
本文主要从宏观的角度论述了研究生创新人才培养的必要性,并从研究生素质、激励机制、创新培养平台、课程学习和科研的关系的处理等四个方面探讨了研究生创新人才培养的对策。
The necessity of postgraduate innovation cultivation is studied in this paper,and the countermeasures are also discussed from four aspects that is postgraduate disposition,motivation mechanism,the platform of innovation cultivation,the relation between courses and scientific research.
