大学生不同的考研动机会影响其在读研时具有不同的价值观和学习态度。能否合理引导并利用大学生的考研动机,直接影响着研究生的教育质量。依据我国考研热不断升温的现状,了解大学生的考研动机,从中发现存在的问题,并对问题进行剖析,提出相应的对策和建议,有助于引导大学生考研动机理性化,端正学习态度,使其形成正确的价值观和学习观。同时,对加强高校研究生的培养、教育教学的管理具有一定的启发作用。

Different motives of college students preparing for postgraduate entrance examination have different influence on their values and learning attitude.Whether to reasonably guide and use students＇ motives directly affect the quality of post-graduate education.Based on the present craze for postgraduate school in China,it is important to know students＇ motives,find existing problems,analyze in depth and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It will be helpful to guide students to have rationalized motivation,correct their attitude towards learning and form true values and study view,which has implications for strengthening postgraduate cultivation and teaching management.
