摘要
通过对珠江广州河段水上漂浮垃圾不同时间的打捞量、来源分布及其构成成分的调查和分析,提出水上垃圾总量模型和打捞削减模型。根据广州地区的特点,提出水上垃圾的治理必须加强源头宏观管理,增加支流的拦网设置,扩大江面垃圾打捞区域,调整分段打捞削减率,强化水上环卫管理队伍监管能力等。
By investigating and analysing about output in different time, distribution at differentsource and compoSition of floating garbage on Zhujiang river in Guangzhou area, the model of outputand reduction in salvaging of floating garbage was made out. Base on character of Guangzhou area,proposed the following POlicies for the administration of noating garbage were introduced: strengthen ing the management of source, adding blocking net at branch, increasing the area of salvaging on sur face of river, adjusting the rates of reducing in salvaging in different sections, strengthening the man aging ability of the environmental sanitation management team of Zhujiang river.
