北朝侍讲制度考述

The Research on the System of Royal Lecturer in the North Dynasty

北朝效仿魏晋南朝创立了为皇帝、储君讲授知识的侍讲制度。主持侍讲活动的最高职位也称侍讲。不过,北朝侍讲并非国家正式官员,而是由其他朝官兼任的教育头衔。侍讲制度对于提高北朝君主的知识素养、增强治国能力具有重大意义。侍讲职责重大,故朝廷甚重人选。北朝侍讲地位颇高,于君主又有师傅之名,故能够充任侍讲是当时士人的殊荣。

The royal lecturer system in the North dynasty was founded according to the system in the Wei,Jin and the South dynasty,whose aim was to teach the emperor and prince.The highest position of the system was the royal lecturer.But it was not fixed government official in North Dynasty,who was only an education title owned by other officials.It played an important role to improve the level of the emperor and lecturer＇s knowledge and ability to manage the country.The royal lecturer＇s responsibility was very important,so great importance was attached to the selection.The royal lecturer＇s status was very high because he was the teacher of emperors and princes,so it was an honor to receive the title.
