摘要
目的建立汉中参叶薄层鉴别方法。方法甲醇超声提取、水饱和正丁醇萃取制备供试品溶液,人参皂苷Rd、Rc、Rb2为对照,三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(15:40:22.5:10)10℃以下放置下层溶液为展开剂,展距15 cm,10%硫酸-乙醇溶液显色、110℃加热至斑点清晰,365 nm紫外灯下检视。结果该色谱条件下汉中参叶主要成分分离度好,斑点清晰,专属性强。结论该薄层色谱条件可用于汉中参叶药材的鉴别。
Objective To establish the thin - layer chromatography identification methods of Hanzhong folium panacis japonicicus. Methods The sample solution was prepared by ultrasonic extraction of methanol and n - butyl alcohol extraction. Ginsenoside Rd, Rc and Rb2 was used as comparison. The under layer of chloroform - acetic ether - methanol - water ( 15:40:22.5 : 10) solution under 10℃ was used as developing agent. Sulphuric acid - ethylalcoho solution was colour developing agent. It was heated under 110℃until the spots became clear, and was detected under 365nm ultraviolet lamp. Results Under this chromatograph, the main compositions of Hanzhong folium panacis japonieieus had favorable resolution, clear spots, and good specificity. Conclusion This thin - layer chromatography can be used to identify Hanzhong folium panacis japonicicus.
