康复新联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林胶囊三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效分析

目的探讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的作用。方法152例经内镜确诊的消化性溃疡，Hp（＋），随机分为两组，治疗组80例，康复新＋奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林胶囊。对照组72例，奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林胶囊＋克林霉素。疗程2周。结果治疗组溃疡治疗率87％，对照组溃疡治疗率84％，两组治疗率比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），1年后溃疡复发情况：治疗组复发率为11．4％，对照组复发率为24．6％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑。

Objective To investigate the effect of the rehabilation of new liquid plus omeprazole, amoxicillin to cure peptic ulcer. Methods 152 cases of peptic ulcer patients diagonosed by endoscope, Hp （ ＋ ） , were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases treatment group, rehabilitation of new liquid ＋ Omcprazole ＋ Amoxicillino Control group, 72 cases, omeprazole ＋ amoxicillin ＋ clindamycin. For 2 weeks. Restills The curative rate of treatment group was 87% , control group was 84% , the curative rate of the two groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , the condition of ulcer recurrence after 1 year ： treatment group, the recurrence rate was 11.4%. Recurrence rate was 24.6% in control group, two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of the rehabilitation of new liquid plus omeprazoic, amoxicillin to cure peptic ulcer is significant.
