摘要
介绍了几种脉冲幅度的测量方法和它们的优缺点,可以根据测试的实际需要选择最适合的测量方法。文中作者提出了一种新的利用高速数据采集技术测量脉冲幅度的设想,给出了系统基本组成及测量原理、数据计算方法和软件设计思路,该方法可以解决高速、高精度、窄脉冲的实时测量问题。该测试系统组成灵活,可以根据不同的脉冲信号周期、脉宽和测试精度灵活选择不同的数据采集卡,满足测试要求,并达到最高性价比。
Several pulse amplitude measurement methods and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced in the paper.According to the actual needs of measurement,we can select the most appropriate measurement.The author puts forward a new measurement method of pulse amplitude based on high speed data Acquisition technology,gives the basic components and measurement principle,calculation method and software design idea.The method can solve real-time measurement problem of the high speed,high precision and narrow pulse.This test system,depending on the measured pulse signal cycle,pulse width and test precision,chooses different data acquisition card,satisfies the test requirements,and achieves the maximize value for money.
