摘要动脉瘤居于脑血管意外患者中的第三位，仅次于脑血栓形成及高血压脑出血，而前交通动脉瘤（aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery，AACA）占颅内动脉瘤发病率的37％。前交通动脉瘤患者术后易并发认知障碍。而认知障碍对患者综合功能的恢复及生活质量有明显影响。通过术后对患者的全面护理，可以提高患者术后的生活质量。
