Statistics issued by NEA （National Energy Administration） on October 26 showed that in the first three quarters of this year, there was an upward trend in dean energy development and it＇s estimated that by the end of 2010, China＇s wind power installation will reach 35 million kw and the entire solar energy installation will hit 0.6 million kw, with a twofold increase compared with that of last year.
