低容量经尿道前列腺电切术治疗高危前列腺增生疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗高危前列腺增生(BPH)的临床疗效和安全性。方法对采用TURP治疗高危BPH患者76例的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果 76例低容量TURP病例中72例随访2个月~18个月,平均12个月,疗效满意。结论低容量TURP治疗BPH有效,具有手术时间短、创伤小等优点,增加了高危BPH患者对手术的耐受性。
