等离子体双极汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生502例分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨等离子体双极汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生的手术方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析经尿道等离子体双极汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生502例的临床情况。结果 2003年8月—2009年11月共收治前列腺增生502例,手术顺利,手术时间平均1.5h,IPSS评分从术前28.5分降至6.8分,平均最大尿流率从术前7.5mL/s增至20.5mL/s,术中出血少,无闭孔神经反射、电切综合征及尿失禁发生。术后随访3个月~6个月,疗效满意。结论经尿道等离子体双极汽化电切术是安全有效的微创术式,尤其适合于高危、重度前列腺增生患者。
