摘要
本文在分析机电类高技能人才特点基础上介绍了校企合作创新机电类高技能人才培养模式,并就如何有效实施机电类高技能人才培养模式进行了深入探讨。
Based on analysing the character of the electromechanical high skilled talents,the paper introduces talent cultivation model of electromechanical high skilled talents on the school-enterprise cooperation,and discusses in depth on how to implement such a talent cultivation model effectively.
