摘要
21世纪的农民教育培训应紧密结合知识经济发展,我国职业教育的重点是对城乡需要就业人员进行职业技能培训。要取得良好的培训效果,针对农民工培训中存在的问题给出一些对策很有必要。
The education and training of farmers in the 21st century should be closely integrated with knowledge-based economy.China＇s vocational education focuses on the training of vocational skills for the personnel in need of employment in urban and rural areas.To achieve good training results,it is necessary for hgher vocational colleges to give some responses to training for migrant workers.
