浅谈高职院校人文校园建设和学生人文素质教育

Discussion of the Construction of Humanism Campus in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Humanistic Quality Education of the Students

一些高职院校重视学生能力培养的同时,忽视了人文素质教育,所以当代高职学生人文素质不容乐观。高职院校要建设人文校园,除了创造人文环境,还要制订人文素质教育长效机制,重建人文精神,塑造学生健全人格。学生人文素质的提高,需要外部环境的熏陶、人文知识的传授和学生自身的实践三个方面共同完成。

Some vocational colleges pay more attention to the training of the students＇ abilities,but the humanistic quality education has been neglected,so contemporary higher vocational students＇ humanities quality is not optimistic.In order to construct humanism campus,higher vocational colleges should formulate long-effect mechanism of humanistic quality,reconstruct humanistic spirit and cultivate students＇ perfect personality in addition to creating humane environment.Students＇ humanities quality improvement needs external environment edification,humanities knowledge communication and students＇ own practicet.
