Situation Analysis of High Level Basketball Referees in Hebei and Countermeasures

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,全面调查了河北省篮球裁判队伍的现状,找出其中存在的问题和不足,结合河北省篮球裁判的实际工作情况,借鉴国内外的成功经验,有针对性地提出了建议,以期为河北省篮球裁判队伍建设提供有益参考。

This paper surveyed the situation of basketball referees by using literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematic statistics,in combination with the practical work,borrowing experience from foreign countries,proposed advice for the construction of basketball referees in Hebei province.
