摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类高度保守的、非编码的小分子RNA。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are highly conserved, small non-coding RNAs.MiRNAs can powerfully regulate gene expression at the post transcriptional leve1 and participate in skeletal muscle proliferation, differentiation, and regeneration. There are many signaling networks following exercise. These adaptations are determined by training volume, intensity, frequency and the half-life of the protein. Moreover, many features of the training adaptation are specific to the mode of exercise. However, the mechanisms involved in training adaptation remain unclear.Muscle specific miRNAs were found, which can provide a new method to understand the physiological adaptation to exercise and its molecular mechanism.
