摘要 目的为EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症探索1种可靠的检测血小板的方法,为实验室工作提供依据。方法对26例EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症的全血样本同时用枸橼酸钠和EDTA-K2抗凝,在10min,1h,2h分别检测血小板数量(PLT),并制血液涂片,并用手工法计算PLT,观察样本在不同抗凝剂不同时间中的PLT和血液涂片中的血小板聚集情况。结果用枸橼酸钠抗凝的样本在10min内观察血片有20例(76.9%)血小板没有聚集,用仪器检测PLT的平均值是139×109/L,与用手工法检测的平均值146×109/L比较相差4.8%,根据CLIA′88的标准,差异是可接受的。结论对于存在EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少的样本,可用枸橼酸钠抗凝样本后在10min内用仪器检测血小板数量。 Objective To find a reliable method to count PLT in EDTA-dependent pseudothrombocyopenia,which can give evidence to lab work; Methods Blood samples of 26 EDTA-dependent pseudothrombocyopenia were treat by citrate sodium and EDTA-K2 respective, then we measured the PLT amount of the samples in 10 rain, 1 h and 2 h by Coulter Ac. T 5 DIFF and manual count. We observed agglutination phenomenon of platelet on blood smear. Results The average PLT amount of sampels treated by citrate sodium was 139 × 10^9/L counted by machine,while the discrepancy between the machine test and manual count was 4.8 %. which is acceptable according to the CLIA88 standard. There were no agglutination phenomenon in 20 citrate -treat samples. Conclusion We can measure the PLT of the EDTA-dependent pseudothrombocyopenia samples treated with citrate sodium by instrument in 10 min.
