LBY-N6k血流变仪对不同血量检测结果的分析

Detection and analysis of different blood changes for LBY-N6k hemorheology analyzer

目的探讨不同血量对血流变测定结果的影响。方法利用LBY-N6k血流变仪对0.6、0.8及1.0mL肝素钠抗凝全血进行测量。结果检测20例全血标本;低切(mPa,s)10(1/s),中切(mPa,s)60(1/s),高切(mPa,s)150(1/s)以1mL全血结果为对照进行分析,不同血量间低切、中切及高切测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对LBY-N6k血流变仪而言,在相同切变率下,0.6mL全血黏度与0.8mL以及1.0mL全血黏度临床意义相同。

Objective To investigate the influence of different blood changes on the results of hemorheology determination. Methods Using LBY-N6k hemorheology analyzer to detect 0.6,0.8 and 1.0 mL heparin anticoagulant. Results Whole blood viscosity in 20 patients：low-cut（mPa,s） 10（1/s）,medium-cut（mPa,s） 60（1/s）,high-cut（mPa,s） 150（1/s） to 1 mL the results of whole blood were analyzed. Between different blood volum, the differences of determination results of low-cut,medium-cut and high cut were not statistically significant. Conclusion The determination results of whole blood viscosity of same blood volume, detected by LBY-N6k, on high cut, medium-cut and low-cut have the same clinical significance.
