汽流喷雾干燥法在中小型锅炉烟气脱硫中的应用

本文以4t链条炉为对象,介绍了汽流喷雾干燥法在中小型锅炉烟气脱硫中的应用,着重分析了汽流式雾化器、气体分布器、脱硫搭及相配套的设备,确定了最佳操作条件。利用本方法,烟气中S)_2去除率可达80％～98％,不发生粘壁、结块现象。特别适合旧锅炉配套改造。

It has been studied the application of GFD by sparydrying, gas - fluid sparger, gas distributor, desulfurized column, and other suitable set in 4 ton chaim store, It found out Optimum technology for operation,resulted in GFD ratio can reach 80% - 98% .It didn't find out phenomena of adhibited limer and packed. Resistance lost no more than 600 Pa. The equipment is suitable GFD for old stove also.
