几丁聚糖降血脂改善肝功能作用的效果观察与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察几丁聚糖与易善复联合应用治疗脂肪肝的疗效,探讨几丁聚糖降血脂改善肝功能的作用。方法 112例脂肪肝患者随机分为2组,每组56例,对照组口服易善复,试验组联用几丁聚糖与易善复,分别观察疗效。结果试验组与对照组疗程结束后,血脂水平及肝功能情况均有显著改变;对照组总有效率为78.7%,试验组总有效率为96.4%,2组患者的血脂水平和肝功能较服药前均有显著差异,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组药物降血脂改善肝功能的作用又明显优于对照组药物,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论几丁聚糖与易善复联合应用治疗脂肪肝效果明显,无不良反应,几丁聚糖降血脂和改善肝功能的作用明显。 Objective To observe the efficacy of treatming fatty liver by ehitosan in combination with Essentiale ,and investigate the function of chitosan lowering liver function. Methods 112 cases of fatty liver disease were randomly divided into two groups(63 cases of each). One group was administrated with Essentiale,Another group was administrated the combination of chitosan and Essentiale. Results After treatment, lipid levels and liver function in both the experimental group and control group had changed significantly;Total effectiveness of Control group is 78.7 % and experimental group being 96.4%, Triglyceride levels in two group have decreased greatly;And the effect of experimental group is better than that of the control group. Conclusion Combination treatment of fatty liver with Chitosan and Essentiale drug can get obvious effect and there is no significant adverse reactions were observed.
