PDGF及其受体介导的信号转导与肿瘤关系研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 血小板源生长因子(PDGF)是1种重要的结缔组织促有丝分裂剂,进一步研究表明其在胚胎发育过程中有重要作用,PDGF及其受体过度表达与各种纤维变性、系膜增生性肾炎、肿瘤等许多疾病的产生和发展有重要联系。本文主要就PDGF及其受体信号转导通路特点,PDGF生物效应与肿瘤的发生发展进行综述。
