高职院校英语教师个人教学效能感和主观幸福感的关系研究

摘要 通过采用教学效能感量表和主观幸福感量表,来调查高职高专英语教师个人教学效能感和主观幸福感的关系.结果表明高职英语教师的个人教学效能感和主观幸福感总体较高;自述幸福感和个人教学效能感有显著相关;个人教学效能感高的教师组正性情感和幸福感均高于个人教学效能感低的教师组;高职高专英语教师个人教学效能感与主观幸福感在很大程度上相关。因此。提高教师主观幸福感对培养教师个人教学效能感有积极作用。 This paper is a report on research of relationship subjective well-being of English teachers in vocational colleges Happiness Questionnaire. The results show that English teachers Personal Teaching Efficacy (PTE) and Subjective Well-Being between personal teaching efficacy and by Teacher Efficacy Scale and Multiple in vocational colleges enjoy pretty high (SWB); Self evaluation of well-being is significantly correlated with personal teaching efficacy. Life satisfactions are not significantly correlated with personal teaching efficacy; High efficacy groups of English teachers enjoy more positive affection and well-being than the low efficacy groups of teachers; There is a significant correlation between personal teaching efficacy and subjective well-being of English teachers in vocational and technical colleges. Thus, the improvement of English teachers' subjective well-being may considerably enhance their teacher efficacy.
