攀钢高钛铁渣的热回收与利用

摘要 分析高钛铁渣缓慢结晶过程所释放的热,提出可利用向埋渣坑定量送入惰性气体来控温并回收这些热量的方案。若采用热管式余热锅炉,可将这些余热转换成可用的蒸汽,这样才能真正实现高钛炉渣全面综合利用,推进攀钢的节能减碳及资源循环利用。 In the crystallization process more than 80% quadrivalent Ti crystal can be separated from high titanium slag.But this new technology is very strict to temperature drop.The heat released by crystallization process of high titanium slag is analyzed in this paper.It is proposed that inert gas sent into the buried slag pit quantificationally to control temperature and recovery heat.The waste heat can be converted to the available steam by heat pipe waste heat boiler.Full utilization of high titanium slag can be really realized.Carbon reduction and resource recycle of Panggang Group will be propelled.
