周围型神经纤维瘤病伴肿瘤内出血的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment for Peripheral Neurofibromatosis with Neoplasmatic Entorrhagia

目的:探讨周围型神经纤维瘤病伴肿瘤内出血的手术治疗的方法。方法:回顾分析我院和四川大学华西医院2000年1月～2009年1月共收治的11例周围型神经纤维瘤病伴肿瘤内出血患者的临床资料,分析其采取的治疗方法和术后效果。结果:11例周围型神经纤维瘤病伴肿瘤内出血患者均行手术治疗;8例患者植皮一期成活,切缘无缺血坏死。3例患者植皮部分坏死,行二期自体中厚皮片移植,术后伤口愈合。所有患者术后随访6个月到5年,无复发。结论:周围型神经纤维瘤病伴肿瘤内出血患者应尽早手术,术前充分的准备,手术中良好的手术技巧和合理的封闭创面是治疗成功的关键。

Objective： To investigate the way of surgical resection of peripheral neurofibromatosis with neoplasmatic entorrhagia. Methods： Eleven patients with peripheral neurofibromatosis with neoplasmatic entorrhagia were treated from January 2000 to January 2009 in Siehuan cancer hospital and West China hospital. Operation methods and efficacy after operation were analyzed. Results： All patients received surgical resection. Transplanted skin of eight patients survived first stage without necrosis of resection margin. Transplanted skin of three patients was necrotic partly while the wound healed after skin autograft second stage. The postoperative follow-up period was 6 months to 5 years, without recurrence. Conclusion： All patients with neoplasmatic entorrhagia of peripheral neurofibromatosis should receive surgical treatment as soon as possible. Adequate preparation, good surgical skill and proper covering are crucial to successful treatment.
