联合检测血清AFP和AFU对原发性肝癌的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of the Combined Detection of Serum AFP and AFU in Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

目的:探讨血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)在原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断中的应用价值。方法:对55例PHC和40例其它肿瘤患者,以及40例正常对照者进行AFP、AFU指标联合检测,并分析其对PHC的诊断价值。结果:PHC组血清AFP、AFU的水平显著高于健康对照组及其它肿瘤组(P<0.05)。两种肿瘤标志物的联检阳性率为85.5%,较AFP、AFU单项检测时有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤标志物AFP、AFU对PHC有一定的诊断价值,两种肿瘤标志物联检可提高PHC的阳性诊断率。

Objective： To investigate the value of the combined detection of serum AFP and AFU in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma（PHC）. Methods： AFP and AFU were measured simultaneously in 55 patients with PHC, 40 patients with other carcinoma and 40 normal subjects. The diagnostic value of the combination assay of these indices was evaluated. Results： The serum level of AFP and AFU in PHC group were significantly higher than those in other carcinoma and normal subjects （P 〈0. 05）. The positive rate for the combined detection of the two tumor markers（ 85.5% ） was significantly higher than that for any single marker（P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion： The combined determination of these two markers would improve the diagnostic accuracy in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.
