New Understanding of the Surgical Therapy for Stage IV Gastric Cancer

摘要 Ⅳ期胃癌属非常晚期病变,5年生存率低于10%.先前的观点认为,Ⅳ期胃癌已失去手术治疗机会,即便手术,大多以姑息为目的.近来,由于UICC第5版TNM分期体系在预测胃癌预后方面的优势逐渐凸显,该分期体系已为更多的肿瘤学家所接受.
