摘要
目的减少抑郁症误诊情况和漏诊现象的发生。方法对60例抑郁症患者病例资料进行回顾,并进行归类整理,最后对其结果统计与分析。结果神经内科门诊以轻中度抑郁为主,并且以情感症状为主者与以躯体症状为主者临床表现各有所侧重。结论加强对抑郁症的研究可降低误诊的发生。
Objective Reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of depression occurrence.Methods 60 patients with depression cases were retrospectively reviewed and classified order,the final statistics and analysis.Results The neurology clinic with mild to moderate depression in the main,and to affective symptoms in persons with physical symptoms in persons with clinical manifestations are different emphases.Conclusion The study of depression can significantly reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.
