肋软骨肉瘤的X线表现(附5例报告)

X-ray Findings of Costal Cartilage Sarcoma(Report of 5 Cases)

目的探讨肋软骨肉瘤的X线、CT表现,为临床提供可靠的佐证。方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的肋软骨肉瘤的X线、CT表现。结果发生在肋弓部2例,1例前支肋软骨,2例后支肋软骨。X线、CT均可见骨质破坏、消失,软组织肿块伴不同形态的钙化。结论肋软骨肉瘤具有特征性的影像学表现,术前不难明确诊断,并可为临床拟定治疗方案提供有价值的佐证资料。

Objective To study the X-ray costal cartilage sarcoma,CT performance for the provision of reliable clinical evidence.Methods Retrospective analysis of five cases of pathologically confirmed X-ray costal cartilage sarcoma,CT performance.Results Occurred in the costal arch Division 2 cases,1 case of anterior branch of the costal cartilage,costal cartilage in 2 cases after the branch.X ray,CT were visible bone destruction,disappearance of different forms of soft tissue mass with calcification.Conclusion Costal cartilage sarcoma have characteristic imaging features,preoperative diagnosis is not difficult and can be developed for clinical treatment programs provide valuable supporting information.
