98例葡萄胎患者化疗的疗效分析

The Efficacy of the 98 Patients of Hydatidiform Mole with Chemotherapy

目的探讨葡萄胎患者预防性化疗的临床疗效。方法 76例葡萄胎患者进行预防性化疗治疗,22例恶性葡萄胎患者使用足叶乙甙(Vp16)和顺铂(DDP)的治疗方案。结果经3个疗程治疗后,HCG均明显下降,第1个疗程结束后血中HCG下降至正常的患者31例占31.6%,第2个疗程47例患者HCG下降至正常占48.0%,20例患者经第3个疗程下降至正常占20.4%。结论对于葡萄胎患者的治疗应采取联合治疗的方法,并且一定要注重术后定期随访,尽量减少葡萄胎患者的术后并发症及死亡率。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of patients of hydatidiform mole with preventive chemotherapy.Methods 76 patients of hydatidiform mole were treated with preventive chemotherapy,22 patients of malignant mole were treated with treatment prescription of Vp16 and DDP.Results After 3 courses of treatment,HCG was all decreased significantly,31（31.6%） patients＇HCG got normal after the first course of treatment,and 47（48.0%） patients＇HCG got normal after the second course of treatment,20（20.4%）patients＇HCG got normal after the third course of treatment.Conclusion For the treatment of patients with hydatidiform mole should be treated with the combined treatment,and must pay attention to the regular follow-up after the operation,decrease the complications and mortality as far as possible.
