摘要
目的探讨由恶性肿瘤所致的上腔静脉综合征的治疗方法。方法 26例癌性上腔静脉综合征患者,先行化疗,再行单纯外照射治疗(采用60CO照射),总剂量40～60Gy。结果 26例患者中,完全缓解(CR)13例,部分缓解(PR)10例,无明显改善3例,总有效率为88.4%。结论采用化疗加放疗,可使造成上腔静脉综合征的瘤体迅速缩小,受压症状消失快,疗效高,缓解期长,不失为上腔静脉综合征临床选用的治疗手段。
sObjectives To observe the therapeutic effects of chemotherapy plus Radiotherapy in superior vena cava syndrome（SVCS） by malignant tumor.Methods 26 cases of SVCS were given chemotherapy,then were given radiotherapy of DT 40～60Gy（with 60CO）.Results 26 cases of patients with SVCS complete remission（CR）in 13 cases,partial remission（PR）in 10 cases,no significant improvement in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 88.4%（CR and PR）.Conclusion Chemotherapy plus Radiotherapy can reduce tumor（causing SVCS）,alleviate pressure symptom quickly,so it has higher therapeutic effect and longer remission time.It is an effective treatment method to SVCS.
