小剂量瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚微量泵输注用于无痛人流术的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨小剂量瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚采用微量泵输注在无痛人流术中的麻醉效果。方法选择自愿接受无痛人流术的孕妇6例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级。随机分为2组:P组(n=30),快速输注丙泊酚2~2.5mg/kg;PR组(n=34),按瑞芬太尼0.5ng/kg、丙泊酚1mgkg的剂量快速输注。2组均为意识消失后开始手术。记录血压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度、起效时间、术中体动情况、呼吸暂停时间、麻醉药用量以及定向力恢复时间。结果 2组均能完成手术,在起效时间、麻醉药用量、定向力恢复时间上,PR组明显优于P组(P<0.01);体动发生率、呼吸暂停率、心动过缓发生率以及妇科医师满意度评分,PR组均高于p组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚采用微量泵输注用于无痛人流术效果好,可控性高,是一种安全有效的方法。
