丹莪妇康煎膏对子宫内膜异位症患者血液的影响

The role of Dan' e Fukang Jiangao on blood system of patients with endometriosis

目的:研究丹莪妇康煎膏对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者的血液影响。方法:EMS患者口服丹莪妇康煎膏,10g/d,2次/d,连续应用3个月后观察血常规、血生化指标和CA125值。结果:治疗前后血常规(RBC、HGB、WBC、GRA、LYM和PLT)和血生化(BUN、Cr和ALT)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血清CA125治疗后有显著降低[(23.23±3.56)U/Lvs(65.76±6.73)U/L,P<0.05]。结论:丹莪妇康煎膏能显著改善EMS患者的CA125水平。

Objective：To research Dan＇e Fukang Jiangao of endometriosis the blood of patients.Methods：EMS Women＇s health in patients with oral curcuma dan decoction,10 g/d,2 times/d,continuous application of blood observed after 3 months,blood biochemical parameters and CA125 values.Results：After treatment,blood count（RBC,HGB,WBC,GRA,LYM,and PLT） and blood biochemistry（BUN,Cr and ALT） no significant difference（P〉0.05）,while the serum CA125 significantly decreased after treatment[（23.23±3.56） U/L vs（65.76±6.73） U/L,P〈0.05].Conclusion：Dan＇e Fukang Jiangao can significantly improve the level of CA125 in patients with EMS.
