微波联合抗宫炎片治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床观察

Microwave Kanggongyan tablets in the treatment of moderate to severe clinical observation of cervical erosion

目的:观察微波联合抗宫炎片治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:选取120例中重度宫颈糜烂患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组:微波术前及术后各5d,口服抗宫炎片6片,每天3次,对照组:常规微波治疗。结果:微波联合抗宫炎片治疗有效率为98.3%,术后反应均明显小于单一微波治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:微波联合抗宫炎片治疗宫颈糜烂,疗效明显,术后反应轻。

Objective：To observe the microwave and Kanggongyan film treatment of severe cervical erosion treatment.Methods：120 patients with moderate to severe cervical erosion patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Observer group：microwave surgery before and after the 5 days,oral anti-inflammatory tablets 6 Palace,3 times a day,control group：conventional microwave treatment.Results：microwave and anti inflammatory tablets in the treatment efficiency palace was 98.3%,significantly less than the response after a single microwave treatment,the differ ence was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Microwave Kanggongyan tablets in the treatment of cervical erosion,curative effect and postoperative response to light.
