3种方案治疗手足口病最小成本分析

Cost-minimizaion analysis of three therapeutic schemes for hand-foot-mouth disease

目的:评价3种治疗手足口病方案的疗效和经济学效果。方法:对150例手足口病患者按住院顺序分成3组,每组50例;A组,基础治疗+胸腺肽;B组,基础治疗+单磷酸阿糖腺苷;C组,基础治疗+胸腺肽+单磷酸阿糖腺苷;观察疗效,并运用药物经济学方法进行最小成本分析。结果:A、B、C组治疗方案均能达到预期治疗效果,总成本分别为A组1139.28元;B组1159.58元;C组1475.28元。结论:从药物经济学分析,A组方案治疗手足口病较佳。

Objective：To evaluate pharmacoeconomic effects of 3 therapeutic schedules for hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods：150 patients underwent hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into 3 groups,50 cases each group,group A with initial therapy and thymosin,group B initial therapy and vidarabine monophosphate,initial therapy 、thymosinand and vidarabine monophosphate in group C.Curative effect was recorded and cost-minimization was analyzed using pharma coeconomics.Results：Group A,B,C therapy can achieve the desired therapeutic effect.The costs of Group A,B and C were 1 139.28 yuan,1 159.58 yuan and 1475.28 yuan respectively.Conclusion：Regime A is the optimal therapeutic regimen in perspective for hand-foot-mouth disease.
