摘要
采用回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)料与玻璃纤维(GF)和一定量的线性低密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(LLDPE-g-MAH)、恶唑啉进行共混制得回收PET/GF复合材料,并对复合材料的流变性能及物理力学性能进行研究。结果表明,恶唑啉与LLDPE-g-MAH对回收PET/GF复合材料的增粘具有良好的协同作用,当恶唑啉、LLDPE-g-MAH和GF质量分数分别为0.6%、6%和15%时,复合材料力学性能最佳。
The recycled PET/GF composite was made by blending recycled PET and GF using some LLDPE-g-MAH and oxazoline as modifying agents. The rheological and mechanical properties of the composite was studied. The results showed that oxazoline and LLDPE-g-MAH could increase the viscosity of the recycled PET/GF composite with good synergy. While the content of oxazoline, LLDPE-g-MAH and GF was 0.6% ,6% , 15% respectively, the mechanical property of composite was the best.
