摘要
自行试制一根聚碳酸酯(PC)螺杆,通过试验对其进行验证分析,证明了其产量高、转速低、自洁性好,对温度控制精度可达±1℃;该螺杆切实可用;为生产实践提供了具有实用价值的参考依据。
A new PC screw was trial-produced, and it was analysed and verificated. The results indicated that it could in- crease output, and it had low roational speed and good cleanness. Its control accruacy for temperature reached ± 1 ℃. The PC Screw was proved feasible and it offered valuable referance for production.
