摘要
对碳纤维复合材料弹翼的结构设计、制作工艺、性能检测等进行研究,采用夹芯组合模具制作中空异型复合材料弹翼样品。对样品进行测试和检测,各项性能指标均达到设计要求,与铝合金结构相比质量减少30.7%。
The structual design, manufacture and testing of carbon fiber composite wing were studied. Hollow and profiled wing sample was manufactured by sandwich mold. By test and inspection, the performance index of the sample could meet the design requirements. Compared with the aluminum alloy wing, the weight was reduced by 30%.
