回收纸塑材料/聚乙烯复合材料耐老化性能的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON ANTI-AGING PROPERTIES OF RECYCLED PAPER-PLASTIC MATERIAL/PE COMPOSITES

摘要 研究了两种回收纸塑材料/聚乙烯复合材料在阳光曝晒环境、户外自然干湿环境和氙灯耐气候老化箱三种环境中进行老化试验后颜色和弯曲性能的变化。结果表明,两种材料在三种环境下均褪色,影响了材料的美观;在任何一种老化环境下,红色材料颜色的变化均小于白色材料。在阳光和户外环境中放置6个月后,两种材料的弹性模量和弯曲强度呈先下降后上升趋势,在氙灯环境中放置1 500 h后,弯曲弹性模量和弯曲强度明显降低;着色剂对于材料老化后的弯曲性能影响不明显。 The color change and bending properties of two kinds of recycled paper-plastic material/PE composites put in the sun environment, the dry and wet environment, and the Xenon Weathering resistant box environment were studied. It showed that the surface color of composites changed greatly in three environments, and their appearances were affected, the surface color change of red composites added coloring agent was smaller than it of white composites without coloring agent in any environment. The elastic modulus and bending strength initially showed decreased trend and then showed an upward trend after test in the sun environment and the dry and wet environment for about six months, The elastic modulus and bending strength decreased a lot after put in the Xenon weathering resistant box environment for 1500h;and coloring agent had little effect on bending properties of composites after aging test.
