摘要
分析了分类垃圾桶脚踏板的结构特点和工艺性,设计了热流道注射模结构,详述了热流道注射模的设计思路、总体结构、热流道系统设计。该模具结构紧凑、工作可靠,可实现全自动生产。
A hot runner injection mould for a sortable garbage foot plate made of PP was designed based on analysis on the structural and technical requirement of the product. The general structure of the mould and the design of hot runner system were presented. The mould was compact in strueture,reliable in operation and it also could realize automatic production.
