摘要
分析了某玩具汽车用塑料齿轮结构,阐述了成型不同结构齿轮模具的设计过程。针对该模具的非自然平衡流道系统,运用Moldflow软件模拟分析,使每个型腔达到充模基本平衡,最终成功设计了满足要求的模具。
The structure of the plastic gear on the toy car was analyzed. The design processes of the mould for the different structure gears were discussed. Moldflow was used to design the basic filling balance in every cavity. Finally the design of the mould was successful.
