摘要
利用双向凝胶电泳和质谱技术,研究人支气管上皮细胞(BEP2D细胞)经60Coγ射线照射后细胞蛋白质表达的改变。结果表明:受照BEP2D细胞蛋白质表达发生了改变,共同差异表达的蛋白质点上调的有3个,下调的有1个;通过质谱分析和数据库检索,有2个蛋白质点(样品D和样品660)经检索鉴定为肌球蛋白质轻链(MLC2和MLC3),其中MLC2蛋白质的表达量随着剂量的升高而增高。这些蛋白质的高表达可能与辐射诱发肺部肿瘤有关。
Using two dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE) and mass spectrometry to study the changes in BEP2D cell protein expression after irradiation by ^60Co gamma ray.The results showed that change took place in the exposed BEP2D protein expression,with common differentially expressed protein spots including 3 up-regulated points and 1 down-regulated points.By mass spectrometry and database search,two protein spots(sample D and sample 660) were identified as myosin light chain(MLC2 and MLC3),of which MLC2 protein expression increased with the dose.The high expression of these proteins may be related to radiation induced lung tumors.
