摘要 自行研制成一套挡板射流式泡沫发生装置,并进行了试验。试验结果表明,挡板射流式泡沫发生装置产生的泡沫的发泡比为7.42,持液半衰期达到3.5 h,泡沫半衰期接近6.25 h,发泡速度达到6.97 m3/h,泡沫平均粒径为0.82 mm。 A jet foaming generator with baffle was designed and developed.The experimental result indicates that the foams generated by the generator have expansion ratio of 7.80,half life of liquid in foam of 3.50 h,half life of foam of about 6.25 h,and velocity of foam of 6.97 m^3/h,and mean diameter of 0.82 mm.
