摘要
提出了MIMO系统最优模糊控制规则自学习方法。并采用传统动态规划法确定出全局最优模糊控制规则,这些规则满足使模糊性能指标最小的要求,同时还讨论了规则的复杂性和工程实用性等基本问题。根据理论分析结果,对飞机纵向飞行进行了研究,对初始状态变化较大的飞机同时进行了高度和速度的有效控制。研究结果证明了该方法的正确性与实用性。
The most obvious shortcomings of the fuzzy controller are that no systematic method is available for acquiring fuzzy control rules and the acquired rules are always not the optimal, since the rules rely on the experience of the experts. In this paper a method of automatic acquiring MIMO optimal fuzzy control rules is presented. A set of local optimal fuzzy control rules are acquired by experiments, and a set of MIMO general optimal fuzzy control rules are found when the traditional dynamic programming theory and performance index are employed, the controller makes the fuzzy performance index minimum. The properties of both complexity and availability are discussed. The results of the application to longitudinal flight show that by using the new fuzzy control method good results can be obtained for different a priori state values.
