摘要 随着教育信息化的推进和新课程改革的不断深入,提高教师的专业水平和促进教师的全面发展成为教师队伍建设的核心。信息时代的教师必须具备科学、先进的教育理念,不断运用现代教育技术创新教学过程和教学模式,潜移默化地影响学生。农村的基础教育是国家加大力度改革的重点,由于农村实际条件的限制并且受传统教学思想和理念的影响,信息技术教师的地位和作用不被重视,信息技术和课程整合不能得到普及和发展,阻碍教育信息化的发展。结合农村信息技术教师专业化过程中存在的问题,对提升信息技术教师专业化水平、促进信息技术教师专业化发展策略进行初步探析。 With the advance of information technology education and the deepening of the new curriculum reform to improve the professionalism of teachers and promote the comprehensive development of teachers as the core of Teachers. Information age, teachers must have the science, advanced education ideas, the constant use of modern educational technology and teaching mode of innovative teaching process, should influence the students. The rural area elementary education is that the country enlarges the priority that dynamics reforms, restrict and accept tradition teaching thought and the idea effect since rural area reality is conditional, IT teacher position and effect are not taken seriously, IT and the course integrate the development being able to not popularize and develop, having hindered education from informationize. In this paper, the process of professionalization of teachers in rural areas of information technology problems, enhance information technology teacher professional level, to promote information technology teacher professional development strategy of preliminary.
