电网企业资金集约化管理研究

Study on Intensive Management of Capital for Power Grid Enterprises

针对电网企业面临庞大的现金流量和投融资规模时如何保障资金安全和满足企业内部资金流动性的需求,并在此前提下有效提升资金的运作效益,提出通过实施资金集约化管理来实现企业资金运营的综合效益;以省级电网公司为例,借鉴当前资金集约化管理的理论与实践,提出针对不同分、子公司类型的资金集约管理思路和构建资金集约化管理运作体系的创新策略;实践证明:企业资金集约化管理能够优化企业资金结构体系,集中企业内部资金并预防资金风险,控制企业的融资规模,使资金成本有效降低,保证资金运作更安全高效。

Faced with huge cash flow and investment/financing scale,power grid enterprises have to consider how to guarantee the safety of funds,satisfy the internal capital liquidity demand and further enhance the capital running benefits effectively.Accordingly,intensive management of capital is proposed to realize the comprehensive running benefits of enterprise capital.Citing provincial grid companies for instance and consulting current theories and practice of intensive capital management,the paper presents ideas of intensive capital management for different types of branches and subsidiaries as well as an innovative strategy for constructing corresponding operation system.It is verified in practice that intensive management of capital can optimize enterprise capital structure,concentrate internal capital of enterprise,prevent capital risk,control enterprise financing scale,thus effectively reducing cost of capital and ensuring safer and more efficient operation of funds.
