摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定金刚藤颗粒中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil-100C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(90∶10),紫外检测波长为203nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温35℃。结果在1.928~9.640μg范围内,薯蓣皂苷元的进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.1%(n=5)。结论此法简便、可靠,可用于金刚藤颗粒中的薯蓣皂苷元的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of diosgenin in Jingangteng Granules. Method The Kromasil-100 C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(90∶10),the detection wavelength was 203nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the column temperature was 35℃.Result The linear range of diosgenin was at 1.928~9.640μg(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.8%,RSD=1.1%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate,it can be used for determination of diosgenin in Jingangteng Granules.
