摘要
介绍了高压变频技术原理及其优越性,分析和总结了火电厂凝结水泵变频改造中出现凝结水母管压力偏低、凝结水泵共振、控制系统高频干扰、调节系统原设计控制策略不合理4种突出问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,节能减耗效果明显。
The technical principle and advantages of high-voltage inverter technology are described.Four outstanding problems during modifications for condensate pumps with inverters in thermal power plants are analyzed and summarized,which include low pressure of condensate common header,resonance of condensate pump,high-frequency interference of control system,and irrationality in the original control strategy for regulating system.Corresponding resolving measures are presented,which have proved efficient in energy conservation and loss reduction.
